Bug Description
'cephx' has been added as an access type in the dashboard and an access key can now
be returned as part of the API's response to access list requests as of API v2.21.
The access key should also be returned by the UI when adding rules for access types
that return a key, like 'cephx'.
One option might be to follow what is done when creating access keys upon instance
creation, i.e. proposing to store a client key file.

Maybe it is even good enough to simply display it in an additional column (as having access to the rules and hence the tenant allows to give access anyway).
