Bug Description

ppc64el fails with

QtWebEngine can only be built for x86, x86-64, ARM, Aarch64, MIPSel, and MIPS64 architectures.
QtWebEngine can only be built for x86, x86-64, ARM, Aarch64, MIPSel, and MIPS64 architectures.
QtWebEngine will not be built.

so is seemingly an invalid build architecture for this?

arm64, powerpc & s390x appear to depwait on unsatisfied depends, which looking at the status of these packages in the archive and debian do not appear that they ever will be satisfiable for these architectures.

I would also note that 5.7.1+dfsg-2 built ok on zesty when I built it for the kubuntu CI several days ago.
