Bug Description

In the beginning of this plugin the only way to upload .matrix files was to add them into the matrices folder and then install the plugin.

Now there is an admin upload form so we don't need to delete the default .matrix files as part of the install process

This is mostly an annoyance for those using git for their deployment / testing and it complaining about missing files
