Remove patch that disables Cork plugin

Bug Description

According to the patch comment, the cork module is disabled to serve the phone. It should now be enabled by removing the patch, 0005-dont-load-cork-music-on-phone.patch.

I am testing it on artful right now. A straight copy for zesty is pending (which should work too?).

  * Enable modules that needn't be disabled:
    - module-role-cork: Now enabled per upstream defaults (LP: #1701688)
    - module-switch-on-connect: Enabled for seamless hotplugging (LP: #1702794)
  * Don't try to load sounds that don't exist in Kubuntu (LP: #1703334)
  * Merge latest debian changes (see below).
