Bug Description
Upgrade from a default install of 17.04 to artful
Test Case
1. Install 17.04
2. Verify that the list of apps in the launcher is (in this order):
- nautilus
- firefox
- writer
- calc
- impress
- software
- amazon
- settings
3. Upgrade to artful:
update-manager -d
and follow the upgrade process
Expected results
The list of favorites is unchanged (same items and same order)
Actual result
Amazon is gone from the list.
