Upstream changes in 4.13:
- (struct bio *)->bi_error replaced by "blk_status_t bi_status
- dm_endio_fn(..., int error) changed into dm_endio_fn(..., blk_status_t *error)

This is the proposed fix. Build tested on 4.11, 4.12, and 4.13. Functional testing still needs to be done.
