Kubuntu has had this building in our CI for a while, but we only recently got back upload permissions.

This is likely too big a version jump to do a stable release upgrade (SRU) to zesty archive, but I will make inquiries. If ok, we can certainly put this in our backports PPA for zesty.

Testing okay on Artful.

Ideally Zesty should have been receiving updates as these issues have been ongoing with the 2 series. However, the most significant fixes have been more recent.
