Bug Description

Big change here is updating the dependency from mozjs185 (from Firefox 4!) to mozjs38. libproxy1-
I don't have any proxies so I haven't tested this beyond making sure it builds.

You can test it by using the 'proxy' tool and setting the *_proxy
environment variables, and also test the GNOME integration by setting
proxies in Settings, then checking that 'proxy' reports the right thing.
There are some _..._DEBUG env vars too. _MM_DEBUG springs to mind but I
think there's another one and I might be wrong even on that one. They
can help you to see what libproxy is doing in case it misbehaves.
Otherwise, yes, this is an appropriate FFe. After you've posted in this
bug to say what you've tested and that it works, feel free to go ahead
without coming back to us.
