The ubuntukylin-defalut-settings and ubuntu-mate-default-settings provide the same file master_preferences, and ok, we will remove the conflict file on next version.
For now, you can download the new version of ubuntukylin-default-settings from https://launchpad.net/~feng-kylin/+archive/ubuntu/1710test.

ubuntukylin-default-settings (1.4.2) artful; urgency=medium

  * Remove unused desktop file.
  * Set firefox homepage.
  * Remove depends.txt, recommends.txt, unity/ and icons/UbuntuLogo.png.
  * Update ubuntukylin.list.
  * Update compat and control file.
  * Remove the master_preferences file. (LP: #1717761)
