RFE: Add a "retry all builds" and a "rescore all builds" menu item

Bug Description

Currently there are "retry build" and "rescore build" links in the build pages. Often, when wanting to retry a package, you need to retry it on all arches, as it's waiting for something else that hasn't built anywhere yet.

It would be really good to get a "retry all builds of $package" and a "rescore all builds of $package", to require fewer clicks and page loads.

Sarah, are you asking for "Retry All Architectures" to be on the page for a build in a specific architecture? Probably it should be on the archive page too, for a build that failed in any architecture.

Build in a specific architecture page. A "rebuild on this arch" and "rebuild on all arches" would be good.

If it were in the page on the archive, you'd have to go to the builds to figure out what failed, then hit back to go back to the archive page, to retry the build on all arches. Either that, or you'd be retrying the build without looking at why it failed. Both seem rather counterintuitive...
