Bug Description

I am using edge version of launchpad. Not sure if the bug is present
on stable version.

While filing a bug (in Ubuntu), I put some keyword in text box to search for package. The results included more than one package so I decided to
select 'I don't know' option (radio button).
But when I try to submit the form it gives me error. Apparently it is trying to validate entry in text box even when I have selected 'I don't know' option.

Hi Onkar, thanks for filing this report.

To replicate:
  - Go to https://staging.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+filebug
  - Enter 'crash' then Continue.
  - Choose "No, I'd like to report a new bug".
  - Enter 'wgwegweew' for the package.
  - Click on "I don't know"
  - Enter a description.
  - Click Submit Bug Report.
  - You should get the error "There is 1 error", but with no indication of the what failed.
