Interim fix is by adding
  CFLAGS += -Wno-cpp

  * implicitly rebuilds to pick up DPDK 17.11 (LP: #1741208)
  * d/p/CVE-2017-16820-snmp-plugin-Fix-double-free-of-request-PDU.patch
    backport from upstream (Closes: #881757, CVE-2017-16820).
