Distribution series page has no list of translators

Bug Description

A distribution series template language translation page, such as <https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+source/launchpad-integration/+pots/launchpad-integration/iu/+translate>, contains a list of translators for that template. But a distribution series language page, such as <https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+lang/iu>, doesn't have a list of translators for that series. This makes it hard to assemble a translation community for a particular language.

You can get a list of "reviewers" (or "official translators") from the translation group page, so that's at least something (and a reason to mark this "Low" priority).
