Bug Description

[Impact]
This release contains both bug-fixes and new features and we would like to
make sure all of our supported customers have access to these improvements.

See the changelog entry below for a full list of changes and bugs.

[Test Case]
The following development and SRU process was followed:

The Microsoft Azure Linux Agent team will execute their testsuite, which
includes extension testing , against the walinuxagent that is in
-proposed. A successful run will be required before the proposed walinuxagent
can be let into -updates.

The CPC team will be in charge of attaching a summary of testing to the bug. CPC team members will not
mark ‘verification-done’ until this has happened.

[Original Description]

Hi,
We have released 2.2.20 of the Linux Agent, we would like you to package this into proposed for further testing.

https://github.com/Azure/WALinuxAgent/releases/tag/v2.2.20

This contains numerous fixes, a key one being to improve provisioning time.

Please ignore 2.2.21.

To be able to release this 'older' version on top of the newer one, the version number had to be mangled (we could do it with an epoch, but then we'd be stuck with it forever). So the 2.2.20 walinuxagent will be packaged as 2.2.21+really2.2.20 in Ubuntu. Everything will go back to normal with the next 'new' upstream release.

I have performed the pre-SRU tests on an Azure instance and everything seems to be working fine.

Subsequently, the Ubuntu Stable Release Updates Team is being unsubscribed and will not receive messages about this bug report.
