RSS icon in FF url bar although no announcement is published yet

Bug Description
When we make an announcement but do not published it, the RSS icon will be shown in FF URL bar and when click on the RSS icon, we only can see the RSS title and no description on it. Best if we can hide the RSS icon if there is no published announcement yet.

I do not consider this situation to be a bug. Even though there are no available published announcements a user should be able to subscribe to the feed. The feed will be empty at first but when an announcement is made it will show up.
