e-book-backend-db-cache.h includes non-existing header file

Bug Description

The "/usr/include/evolution-data-server-1.12/libedata-book/e-book-backend-db-cache.h" file includes "dh.h". This file does not exist on a system with libedata-book1.2-dev installed. Therefore - building software which includes "e-book-backend-db-cache.h" fails.

Maybe a dependency on libdb-dev would solve this?

libedata-book1.2-dev should Depends on the libdbversion-dev
