Bug Description
By changing all imported repository default Git repos to point to ours:
blacklisted repos need some special handling on clone, so that we can point to the correct place (and give manual instructions)
clone itself needs to adjust where it looks for the repositories (not usd-import-team owned, directly, but the default path)
