Bug Description

lubuntu 18.10
LXQt version 0.13.0

When I open bash and select Preferences. The Terminal Settings is much taller than the screen size. I can't see the OK-Cancel-Apply buttons. I need to use the mouse from the top of screen and reduce the size manually.

I expect the settings size to be within the parameters so the bottom of the settings screen show.

It should be qterminal 0.9.0 and NOT bash

This will be stuck in cosmic-proposed for a while because of the Qt transition, but should migrate before the release.
