Bug Description
Node-rollup is stuck in proposed (cosmic), and several reverse dependencies are waiting in proposed because of this.
It fails to build because the Debian package depends on itself. It was previously bootstrapped in unstable.
I am about to provide a debdiff to include rollup as a node_module for the 1st build. Once rollup exists in the pocket, any newer versions can be synced from Debian as the older Ubuntu version
will exist in the release pocket to do the build with.

Uploaded. I used a "build1" number since I consider this to be temporary and we want the next Debian update to auto-sync here. I will probably do a "build2" to revert to the distro packaging anyway once this version is accepted from the NEW queue and published.
