[SRU] figtree crashes on start

Bug Description

Figtree 1.4.3+dfsg-5 crashes immediately on start up due to some missing include from the class path. This has been fixed in the debian version 1.4.3+dfsg-6 and should be backported to bionic beaver.

SRU details:
[Impact] Affects LTS release bionic.
[Test Case] Try to launch figtree; it crashes.
[Regression Potential] Worst thing that could happen is figtree still not working.

Nominating for SRU: figtree is unusable without this patch. Regression risk is minimal as figtree is already broken.

The original patch comes from Debian. Thanks to Graham for adopting it to Ubuntu. I have verified that it works fine on Bionic.

Hi Fabian

For an SRU we want a targetted fix against the version in Bionic.
i.e. only adding batik-constants.jar to CLASSPATH, and closing *this* bug (LP: #1791894) in the changelog.
Also, we shouldn't need to switch default-jdk to openjdk-8-jdk, or any of the other changes from -6 and -6ubuntu1.

We also want to use a version number higher than the version in Bionic, but lower than the version in Cosmic. I would use 1.4.3+dfsg-5ubuntu0.1 as suggested in:

Hello Fabian, or anyone else affected,

Accepted figtree into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/figtree/1.4.3+dfsg-5ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation on how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug, mentioning the version of the package you tested and change the tag from verification-needed-bionic to verification-done-bionic.
