Bug Description

'mk-build-deps' does not handle the Build-Depends-Arch section of the control file. If the success of the installed dependencies verified with dpkg-checkbuilddeps, then it said also: there are unmet build dependencies.

$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
Release: 18.04

$ mk-build-deps --version
This is mk-build-deps, from the Debian devscripts package, version 2.17.12ubuntu1.1

There is no code for handling of Build-Depends-Arch section of the control file.
