To recreate problem:

5. Specify "localhost" port "8118".
6. Surf to http://www.archive.org/
7. Enter a URL in the WayBackMachine box (eg "http://www.ubuntu.com/") and click "Take Me Back".
8. Observe the error you receive every time:

  403 Forbidden

  Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /web/*/http://www.ubuntu.com on this server.
