Bug Description
elogind is a fork of systemd's logind to allow it to be used on systems that don't use systemd.
Since recent Ubuntu versions only support systemd and we have blacklisted other init alternatives (like openrc), maybe we want to blacklist elogind too?

sway has a build-dependency on libelogind-dev (>= 239). What should be done with that package?
