Bug Description

I faced the bug using `msiextract` tool from `msitools` package that relies on `libgcab`.

Someone already reported the bug on msitools side, there is reproduceable steps there:

They said the bug is in libgcab, it was already reported and upstream seams to be fixed now:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1608301

I see the libgcab package is currently the same in disco and eoan:

It would be good to get the fix imported into Ubuntu before eoan release, and if possible, backported to disco.

The fix for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1608301 is already present in Disco and Eoan, but it doesn’t fix https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/msitools/issues/6 — the fix for that is https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gcab/commit/5619f4cd2ca3108c8dea17ba656b5ce44a60ca29
