- Code: 19.10_STABLE as deployed to https://master.dev.mahara.org/

Is fine on the iPad Air 2 running latest iOS&Safari (i.e. 13.1)

Preconditions:

1. An existing person (used User5 Test-123) is present.
2. The Site/Institution Administrator has left both the HTML editor and Device detection options in the Person's Profile Settings --> Preferences at their 'On' default values.

Test steps:

1. Person is logged in and selects Profile; the person's Profile --> About me tab is displayed.
2. Person scrolls down to enter an Introduction.
Expected result: The visual editor window is present.
Actual result: There is no editor window, not even a simple one (see attachment)

Bug 1850578: Add Tinymce mobile theme

This is required for the editor to show on Android devices

Also hid the image button in the mobile theme as it can't be configured to connect
to our imagebrowser. Tinymce doesn't currently support custom
plugins for the mobile theme. If this changes in future, we
could look at putting it back.
