Bug Description
The apache-openid package builds a python2-only module package. It was initially sponsored into Ubuntu in 2010 on behalf of a Canonical employee and since then has been in strict maintenance mode by the Ubuntu community.
This package has no reverse-depends and is almost certainly not python3-compatible without a new upstream version (I haven't even tried with the current source, or checked if a new upstream release exists).
If someone still has a requirement for this unmaintained, universe-only package in Ubuntu 20.04, they should take care to get it updated to python3. Otherwise this is a candidate for removal before release.
