Carousels: bucket not created when adding a carousel

Bug Description

When saving a new carousel, a record bucket is supposed to be created. However, this is not happening.

The "onSave$" callback attribute in the eg-fm-record-editor component was renamed to "recordSaved" as part of the work for bug 1840050, but the change was not reflected in the carousel administration interface.
