Bug Description

Wubi should either detect current accessibility settings and map those to Ubuntu's ones and/or it should display a page with accessibility options.

The page will use a button called "Accessibility" displaying a selector with localized labels for supported ubiquity accessibility profiles.

Detecting accessibility applications might be not trivial since they are not necessarily registered in a common location. Vista uses the Ease of Access Center (HCI profile), but other a11y apps might do things differently.
