Lock screen scaled down background image in top left corner when fractional scaling is enabled

Thanks for the bug report.

The first thing to check is to please uninstall these extensions:

We find so many gnome-shell bugs are caused by extensions that they should be removed as a first step. Then if the problem persists then please report it to the gnome-shell developers at:

and then tell us the new bug ID.
