xenial/linux-snapdragon: 4.4.0-1136.144 -proposed tracker

Hardware Certification have completed testing this -proposed kernel. No regressions were observed, results are available here:

openvm-tools is the only MISS (as usual). Manually setting ADT status.

This bug was fixed in the package linux-snapdragon - 4.4.0-1136.144
