Bug Description

In <https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg-server/1:1.0.2-0ubuntu10.3>, the "Publishing history" section begins with a link to <https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/dapper/+source/xorg-server/1:1.0.2-0ubuntu10.3>, which is a 404.
