Italian translation of transmission broken, not update and missing

Bug Description

Trying to use Transmission but it doesn't show in Italian.

I've managed to extract the PO file from the source and checking it with `msgfmt -cv' gives a few errors. In particular, and really important, the header section of the file is not completed and still fuzzy: is still missing the Language-Team and other informations.

I'm updating also the translation as it was incomplete and in some cases incorrect.

I'll upload a new PO file ASAP.
