I expect to be able to scroll a list of mailboxes, folders etc. in the left pane of Claws Mail UI, if I have more rows that fit in the pane. However, the bar fills whole space for it and I can not get to all rows. If I drag from down-right corner, the length of the bar gets shorter and I can scroll.

At least it is with 3.3.1 in Gutsy.

Can you confirm that this bug goes away if, in Trayicon's preferences, "Hide at startup" is unchecked?

If so, that bug is known upstream.

No, the failure is still there sometimes after changing the preference.
