Bug Description

With libvirt0 version 0.4.0-2ubuntu4, i get the following upon /etc/init.d/libvirt-bin start:

Feb 13 18:23:04 lukas kernel: [79696.733582] vnet0: Dropping NETIF_F_UFO since no NETIF_F_HW_CSUM feature.
Feb 13 18:23:04 lukas kernel: [79696.731640] vnet0: starting userspace STP failed, starting kernel STP
Feb 13 18:23:04 lukas dnsmasq[23835]: cannot open or create lease file (null): F^Y%
Feb 13 18:23:04 lukas dnsmasq[23835]: FAILED to start up
Feb 13 18:23:14 lukas kernel: [79706.938876] vnet0: no IPv6 routers present

... and the dhcp server on the "default" virtual network does not respond.

Any hints on debugging appreciated :-)

AHA!

Creating the directory /var/lib/libvirt/ seems to be the solution

This bug was fixed in the package libvirt - 0.4.0-2ubuntu5

---------------
libvirt (0.4.0-2ubuntu5) hardy; urgency=low

  * Create /var/lib/libvirt in libvirt-bin. (LP: #191636)
