BlueZ 5.56 release

As always, the code is in https://git.launchpad.net/~bluetooth/bluez

And it will be tagged after being accepted into proposed, in case there are any more changes.

Just a comment on the packaging: the Ubuntu packaging is a bit old: it still build-depends on debhelper (>= 9), autotools-dev and libdbus-glib-1-dev (which is deprecated and the Debian package replaced it with libdbus-1-dev (>= 1.6)), and it is at Standards-Version: 3.9.6, which is ancient by now.

I suggest merging with Debian first then updating to 5.56 to benefit from the up-to-date best practices in Debian packaging.

Yeah. I have merged with Debian in the past but not recently. Unfortunately this one needs to be released quickly for feature freeze tomorrow. So I have no plans to merge with Debian till at least next cycle.

Those packaging cleanups wouldn't do any difference in practice, we are a bit late in the cycle now to waste time on that but we should merge next cycle

    or using it, and it caused conflicts. If you want to run tests using
    python3 then please propose it upstream. Otherwise we do still package
    bluez-tests, and if you really need to run them then use your own python2.
