Please merge u-boot 2021.01+dfsg-2 from Debian unstable

Attaching patch against Debian unstable. This is built from the merge/2021.01+dfsg-2ubuntu1 tag of the following repo (which also contains the split, and logical prefixed tags used to perform the merge, in case this is preferred for review):

A test version of the package is built in the following PPA:

Please note that the u-boot-rpi package now requires flash-kernel after 3.104 as responsibility for installing u-boot on the boot partition now rests with flash-kernel (as it always should have). Thus, this merge depends on LP: #1916034 landing first.

The attachment "1-1916898.debdiff" seems to be a debdiff. The ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the bug report so that they can review and hopefully sponsor the debdiff. If the attachment isn't a patch, please remove the "patch" flag from the attachment, remove the "patch" tag, and if you are member of the ~ubuntu-sponsors, unsubscribe the team.
