Please sync pam-dotfile 0.7-4 from Debian(Unstable)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Remaining Changes are now fixed in Debian:
  * README: fix imap example to use dovecot. (LP: #110829).
  * debian/rules: fix documentation build.

     + Make Debian QA group the Maintainer.
     + Standards Version made 3.7.3.
     + Build-Depend on debhelper 5, and autotools-dev.

     + Don't ignore make clean error.
