reporting a bug about launchpad is impossible

Bug Description

i tried to report a bug on launchpad and tried to select a package.
there were several option (tools to integrate launchpad in firefox and an applet - all of which i have never heard) but not launchpad simply.

when i selected one of the other ones (launchpad applet) the web replied that i had an error and this packages is not existing. please choose -and offered the same launchpad applet again as a choice, with the same error message as a result.

Ubuntu and Launchpad are two seperate but closely connected projects. Launchpad bugs therefore cannot be reported in the Ubuntu bug tracker. To report a bug about Launchpad you can go here: https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/launchpad/

Andrew, thanks for your report, but we'll need some more information before we can fix it. Specifically:
* What was the URL of the page you were on when trying to report the bug?
* What text did you enter in each field on that page, not counting the Summary and Description fields?
