mousetweaks is a package in universe that has just been accepted for the main repo of Ubuntu Hardy:

As mousetweaks implements the features of the new Accessibility tab of the mouse control panel, it was decided to add it as a dependency of the gnome-control-

In bug#190208, I was told to make sure that mousetweaks gets a new upload to let the language-pack magic and LP translation import kick in; here it is. (I used the occasion to also fix a little bug in debian/rules.)
