Bug Description

The desktop environment boot process not completed, after logging in, I found that kylin-nm, ukui-power-manager, ukui-sidebar, fcitx and others were not started.

system: Ubuntu Kylin 21.10 beta
package: ukui-session-manager 3.0.4-1
