xinitrc doesn't use /etc/X11/Xsession any more?

Bug Description

The xinitrc shipped in the new xinit package has a hardcoded session that starts
twm, xclock, and a few xterms, rather than the old xinitrc that calls
/etc/X11/Xsession. Was this intentional? It sort of seems like a regression.

xinit (1.0+0.99.1-1) breezy; urgency=low

  * New upstream version 0.99.1. *cough*
  * Install xinitrc from old xbase-clients also (closes: Ubuntu#13331).
  * Add xrdb-use-cpp option to Xsession.options, disabled by default, and only
    pass the -cpp option to xrdb if this is being used, which should save us a
    fair whack of startup time.
  * Document use-session-dbus and xrdb-use-cpp options in Xsession.options.5.
