[KDE 4] Konqueror is not configurable

Bug Description

Binary package hint: konqueror-kde4

When trying to activate Cookies or changing the font-settings, there is only a promt that this library is not found. (Hardy-KDE4-Edition)

Which library?
This sounds like a package dependency issue to me.

PS: The text in Konqueror Settings only says: This Library is missing, so I can't specify that.

Konqueror is missing a dependency on kdebase-bin-kde4 apparently.

A fresh install with KDE4-64Bit of the Alpha6 still gave the same problem (only kdebase-bin was installed)

Fresh install of KDE4 beta and I noticed this problem in system settings. Referenced The Library is missing, but does not tell me what library is missing. Installed kdebase-bin-kde4 and it resolved the problem
