Bug Description

In the Wiki Destinations portlet, the links are all broken - they point to https://help.launchpad.net/WhateverPageYouAreOn/FindPage rather than https://help.launchpad.net/FindPage.

Notice that to reproduce you need a trailing slash in the URL.
https://help.launchpad.net/WhateverPageYouAreOn/ reproduces the problem
https://help.launchpad.net/WhateverPageYouAreOn doesn't reproduce the problem

The problem appears to be with the manually created wiki destinations code. It's missing a leading /
