ufw: improper output on console when "quiet" disabled with "splash"

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ufw

If splash is on and quiet is disabled, then see:
ping firewall (not enabled)

This came from bdmurray.

I think it is this bit of /etc/init.d/ufw:

        log_warning_msg " Skipping firewall (not enabled)"

that cause it to be misaligned.

This bug was fixed in the package ufw - 0.14
