Bug Description
Please sync libxfce4mcs 4.4.2-3 (universe) from Debian (unstable)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
We are no longer going to employ the xfce.mk class now that the xubuntu packages have been moved to Universe. It renders debian merges more difficult, and debdiffs unusable for Debian.
libxfce4mcs (4.4.2-3) unstable; urgency=low
* debian/compat: bump debhelper compatibility to 5.
* debian/control:
- build-dep on debhelper 5 accordingly.
* debian/copyright:
- update copyright informations.
- use © sign.

After looking at the delta more closely, it seems that a sync would be a better option. Are we getting rid of xfce.mk in all packages now that we've these packages have been moved to universe?
