[SRU][OEM-5.17][PATCH 0/1] Fix output issue of USB-C to DP dongle on AMD

Aaron, I got a request to backport this to jammy/5.15 as well

I didn't reproduce this issue on 5.15.
Did anyone reproduce it and can verify it?
If so I can do SRU for it.
