Bug Description
We need a new version of suitesparse so it works with gfortran, which is needed to fix bug #187004. It is a SONAME change, but two of the four rdepends are uninstallable at the moment anyway (regaining the installability of which is the point of the transition), one transitions easily, but the other has a FTBFS issue that I haven't quite fixed yet.

I've already performed most of the transition in my PPA, and people have tested parts of it quite well.
