Reviewed these reverse-dependencies of pytorch, they've also all been removed from Debian testing so I've removed them from lunar and added them to extra-removals.

Thanks Steve, looks like we need still tpot anfo bazel-bootstrap ortools and we are done with protobuf removals :) (and also some python3-defaults blockers)

tpot has Build-Depends and Recommends on pytorch; we don't categorically remove packages due to missing build-deps and this is probably fixable by dropping the build-dep, so leaving as-is for now - it doesn't block protobuf.

Also note that pytorch-text and pytorch-audio are on the update-excuses page for unsatisfiable dependencies. Presumably if pytorch is dropped from the archive those two probably should go with it.

pytorch-audio depends on python3-torch:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pytorch-audio/0.7.2-1ubuntu2/+build/25468880

pytorch-text depends on libtorch-dev:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pytorch-text/0.8.1-1ubuntu1/+build/25468886
