Bug Description

Landscape currently has no awareness of the Ubuntu Pro (née: Advantage). This becomes more important over time. We need to introduce a monitor in landscape-client that gathers information from the pro client and reports it as a message type to landscape-server.

Information to include:
  - pro account name
  - current pro subscription
  - subscription expiration date
  - tech support level

For each entitlement:
  - name
  - whether their subscription entitles them to it
  - status of the entitlement
  - description
