Make /etc/network/interfaces non-world readable

Bug Description

In a wireless setup without using network-manager, the interfaces file contains
the WEP keys for the wireless network. This is potentially a security risk (as
people with access a machine connected wirelessly to the network can then
connect other stuff to the network).

The /etc/network/interfaces should be chmod'd 0600
